WEEK 13

THE BLIND SIDE


5. Find scenes or sample scenes which deal about the situation of minorities in the US


·       The blind side is a movie that shows African culture in the United States. On the first picture we can see how Michel who is the protagonist of the movie when he comes to the classroom is rejected by his studies partners because in the United States the White boys don´t acept usually African culture where the familys teach their children for that they don´t to talk with African people.



·       People of color like Michel often feel bad because he see how is discriminate or more away from he and his only option is away socially.

·       In the picture we can see United State has a high perentage of diferent etnicities. In the blind side, the African culture is who more live in the EE.UU by different reasons like immigration.

I am writingyou from ther Bogota city in Colombia. The city is big and beautiful, full shopping, museum, and many things to do. I have been to the Monserrate. At this momento I am at the home studing English. Yesterday , I went to museum, I have see fantastic picture from there. As son as I get back in Popayan. Tomorrow, I going to visit the Candelaria, my cousin says that it is one of the best place in Bogota. I feel happy, and I have know a lot of things.
